A: MOQ is 500 sets. We accept trial orders.

A: Yes. We offer OEM/ODM services for color customization, patterns, and brand logos. Design files or specific requirements must be provided.

A: We use shockproof foam and reinforced cartons. For damaged items, submit photo evidence within 48 hours for free replacements or refunds.

A: We offer a 6-month warranty. Free replacement parts are provided for non-human damage. Returns or replacements are available for defective products.
